Ciara Raso is an LPC-Associate and Program Coordinator at Copper Bridge Counseling. She earned her BA in Psychology with a minor in Anthropology from the University of North Texas and her MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University.
As a Chicana, Ciara's experiences witnessing both the resilience and systemic challenges within her community deeply shaped her commitment to supporting individuals navigating intergenerational trauma, identity exploration, cultural disconnection, and emotional wellness.
At Copper Bridge Counseling, she supports community-based mental health programming, skills groups, and outreach efforts focused on increasing access to affirming, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive care. Ciara approaches her work through a decolonial lens that honors the mind-body-spirit connection.
